Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Confirmation policy
We request that you confirm your appointment 12 business hours in advance. If confirmation is not had within 12 business hours, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
Arrival policy
If you anticipate a late arrival for your appointment, we recommend calling to confirm if the appointment time will still work. If the time does not work, we are happy to reschedule your pet for a time that does work.
Medication and Supply Refills
For all medication or supply refills we request 24 hours notice. Doctor approval is needed for all prescription requests. All special orders should be requested at least one week in advance.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, CareCredit, cash, and personal checks (with personal checks, we do require photo ID).
If you would like to apply for CareCredit or Scratch Pay, please feel free to call the clinic during our regular business hours. It only takes a few minutes to sign up.
